Gala began as a Web3 gaming platform with ambitions to bridge into music, film, and blockchain infrastructure. What started as a single-game ecosystem rapidly expanded into a multi-brand, multi-product entertainment network - with its own Layer-1 chain, DeFi utilities, and mainstream partnerships.

As Gala’s embedded creative partner during this scale-up phase, we worked across every major business unit - games, music, film, GalaChain, GalaSwap - shaping brands, building platforms, and executing go-to-market campaigns. We helped create the systems that brought structure, speed, and cohesion to an otherwise fragmented environment.

We developed Gala’s branded house architecture, a scalable design system, and UX/UI across products, token launches, and live events - enabling Gala to grow fast without losing clarity or credibility.
