Where exactly are you based? +

London, United Kingdom. The studio is fully remote-friendly but the team is London-anchored. Founders Charlie Simpson and David Henshaw run the work from London, and roughly half our clients are US-based, including teams in Miami, New York, and SF. We invoice GBP or USD from a UK Ltd, your choice.

How does the timezone work for Miami clients? +

London is five hours ahead of Miami. We take morning calls in your afternoon and afternoon calls in your morning. Async work happens overnight on your side, which usually speeds things up rather than slows them down. The overlap covers an entire US East-coast working day plus the London morning.

Do you take meetings in person in Miami? +

Sometimes. We travel to the US for kickoffs, brand reveals, or major milestones when it makes sense for the engagement, including Brickell, Wynwood, and the wider Miami startup scene. Day-to-day work runs over Slack, async docs in Figma and Notion, and weekly video calls. Founders' weeks and Art Basel weeks tend to be when we are in town.

Do you invoice in USD? +

Yes. We invoice in GBP or USD from a UK Ltd. Most US clients pay USD via wire or ACH. Net-30 is standard. We can also accept stablecoin payment for crypto-native clients if that suits your treasury setup, which it often does for Miami-based Web3 teams.

What does a Miami brand sprint cost? +

The two-week Brand Sprint is $15,000 fixed. The Web Package starts at $10,000 and runs up to $20,000 depending on scope. The Growth retainer starts at $7,000 per month. How long does a Miami engagement take? +

Two weeks for the Brand Sprint. Two to three weeks for the Web Package. Run them back-to-back and you are live with a new identity and a launch-ready site in five weeks total. Full rebrands run 10 to 16 weeks. Regulated fintech or token launches under live counsel review usually stretch the calendar a little longer.

Charlie Simpson and David Henshaw. Founder-led, every engagement. There is no junior account manager between you and the work. Both have 15-plus years inside the tech and creative scene, including senior creative leadership at Gala Games and Bitkraft-backed studios. You meet the people doing the work on day one and you keep meeting them through to launch.

We invoice from a single UK Ltd regardless of where your team sits.

Do you work with Latin America bridge companies? +

Yes. Miami sits as a real bridge into Latin America for fintech, crypto, and AI, and we have shipped brand and web for companies operating across that corridor. English-first identity, with Spanish-ready typography and templates when needed. We are not a translation shop, but we build systems that travel cleanly between US and LatAm audiences without losing brand integrity.

What happens after the launch? +

Most clients move into a Growth retainer. Ongoing brand stewardship, ad creative, content support, conference assets, founder content. From $7,000 a month. Hemi is on a $75,000 per month retainer with us. The retainer keeps the studio embedded so you do not have to brief a new team every time you ship a campaign or a fundraise update.

How quickly can you start? +

Usually within one to two weeks of signing. We run two engagements concurrently maximum, which keeps quality high and timelines tight. If you need to ship before a fundraise, a launch, or Bitcoin Miami, tell us the deadline at first call and we will tell you straight whether the calendar works.

How is this different from a generic design agency? +

We only work with funded technology companies. You will not waste week one explaining what a Series A deck needs to do, why your developer audience differs from your investor audience, or why your homepage has three jobs at once. The Web Package stands alone. We work to your existing brand guidelines, identity, and tone of voice. Two to four weeks from kickoff to live site, on your existing domain, ready to perform. If the brand needs a tune-up alongside the site, we can bolt on a positioning sprint without committing to a full rebrand.
