Who founded Proof of Work Studio? +

Charlie Simpson and David Henshaw, two creative directors with 25 years combined inside the funded technology scene. The studio was founded in London in 2024. Every engagement is founder-led, so the people you meet on the first call are the people doing the work through to launch.

Why does the studio exist? +

We kept watching funded startups get slow, padded agency processes that did not match their timelines. So we built the studio we wished existed when we were on the inside. Fixed scope, fixed price, senior people only, and finished work in weeks rather than quarters.

What results has the studio shipped? +

How do engagements actually run? +

Fixed scope and fixed price, agreed before kickoff. Weekly async updates, senior people in the room when it matters, and no account management layer. We join your Slack, attend the standups that matter, and work inside your existing flow rather than around it.

Where is the studio based? +

London-anchored and remote-friendly. Roughly half our clients are US-based, across New York, San Francisco, Boston, Austin, and Miami. We invoice in GBP or USD from a UK Ltd.

What does an engagement cost? +

The Brand Sprint is $15,000 fixed for two weeks. The Web Package runs $10,000 to $20,000 fixed, two to four weeks depending on scope. The Growth retainer starts at $7,000 a month and scales with your launch cadence. Pricing is published on every service page, so there is no call required to find out.
