Institutional-grade positioning for productive Bitcoin
HEMI is building a new standard for Bitcoin yield: fully transparent, onchain, and built for institutions. Despite strong technology and a flagship product in hemiBTC approaching launch, the brand was fragmented and the market confused about what made HEMI different. We came in as an embedded strategic and creative team to rebuild the identity, redesign the website, define tone of voice, and architect the full Hemi 2.0 launch.

HEMI's technology was strong but its brand lacked the institutional clarity needed to compete. The website didn't convey credibility, the hemiBTC product story was unclear, and wrapped Bitcoin confusion dominated market perception. With a major launch approaching and multiple partners to coordinate, there was no room for misalignment.

We defined HEMI's positioning as the Bitcoin yield engine built on transparency and institutional-grade infrastructure, then built a tone of voice that stripped away crypto hype in favour of clear, credible language. The visual identity was evolved to match, and the entire website rebuilt in Framer with new architecture and custom interactive components. We reframed hemiBTC as the first step toward productive Bitcoin, and ran a seven-day launch campaign with coordinated partner assets that made the whole thing feel inevitable.
The Hemi 2.0 relaunch gave HEMI a unified market presence for the first time, with an institutional-grade identity recognised across partner networks including BitGo and Anchorage. The new brand system, content engine, and product narrative created a credible foundation for long-term institutional adoption and continued growth across the Bitcoin ecosystem.
