Web Package.
Ship in four weeks.
A launch-ready website. Strategy, design, build, and copy. Custom code, not templates. For funded teams whose site doesn't match the product.
Design
Designed to convert, not just to look good.
Build
Built on modern stack, ready to hand over.
From first call to live in four weeks.
Discover
We start with a deep dive into your product, your audience, and your goals. We ask the questions your last agency didn't. Positioning, messaging, and structure come first, before a single pixel moves.
Design
Once strategy is locked, we move fast. You see real design within days. Not wireframes, not mood boards. Full-fidelity pages built in your design system. Three rounds of feedback, all async or on a call.
Deliver
You get a live, fully built website. Deployed, tested, and ready to go. Everything documented, CMS trained, and handed over cleanly. No loose ends, no missing files.
We hired POW Studio to add 10 sections to our Framer site. They came back with a completely different recommendation and rebuilt the whole thing from scratch - CMS, CRM, blog, design system, everything. It changed our entire roadmap. When your studio moves that fast, you don't reduce scope. You pull forward things that were months away.
Questions.
A launch-ready marketing site for a flat fee of $10,000 to $20,000. The package covers content strategy, page architecture, copy support, visual design, build, on-page SEO, analytics setup, and launch. We hand over a production site you and your team can update without us. Most builds land at five to eight pages with one CMS collection if needed.
Four weeks from kickoff to launch. The timeline covers content strategy, page architecture, design, build, copy, and launch. We agree the calendar at first call and we hold it. If a deadline is tied to a fundraise, launch event, or conference, we will tell you straight at scoping whether the calendar works.
Framer, Webflow, Astro, or custom Next.js depending on what your team will maintain and what the site needs to do. Framer wins on speed and editor ease. Webflow wins on CMS depth. Astro and Next win on performance and complex functionality. We recommend the right tool at scoping rather than forcing a default.
Most builds cover home, product or services, about, work or case studies, contact, plus one or two supporting pages. Five to eight pages is the usual landing point. We can scale up to ten to twelve pages within the Web Package range. Anything beyond that moves into a custom scope.
Yes when the site needs it. Blog, case studies, jobs, or any collection your team will update lives in a CMS so you do not need a developer to publish. We set up the structure, train your team in a 30-minute handover, and leave the docs in your shared drive.
Subtle interaction motion is in scope as standard, hover states, reveal animations, scroll behaviour, video hero sections. Heavier After Effects motion, custom Rive interactions, or full 3D scenes are scoped separately or rolled into a Growth retainer once the site is live. We keep launch motion tight so performance does not slip.
We handle deployment to your chosen platform, Framer, Webflow, Vercel, or Netlify. If you already have hosting and a domain, we work with what you have. If not, we set everything up. Hosting fees stay with you. We never lock the site behind a POW account so you keep ownership and control from day one.
We build to pass Core Web Vitals. Largest Contentful Paint under 2.5 seconds, Interaction to Next Paint under 200 milliseconds, Cumulative Layout Shift under 0.1. Images are served as AVIF or WebP with responsive sizing. Video uses lazy loading and proper posters. We test the production build on Lighthouse and PageSpeed before handover.
A solid baseline yes. Clean URL structure, proper heading hierarchy, schema markup, meta tags, Open Graph, sitemap, robots, redirects, Search Console setup. Content-led SEO and ongoing programmatic SEO work sit outside the Web Package and move into a Growth retainer if you want to scale organic.
We build to WCAG 2.1 AA as standard. Colour contrast, keyboard navigation, focus states, alt text, ARIA labels where required, semantic HTML. A full third-party accessibility audit can be added if your team needs a signed compliance report.
Yes. Every page is designed and built for mobile, tablet, and desktop. Most of your traffic will land on a phone and we design for that first. We test the live build on real devices, not just browser emulators, before sign-off.
We include a two-week post-launch tweak window for bug fixes and minor copy changes. After that, ongoing changes either run as a small follow-up scope or roll into a Growth retainer from $7,000 per month. Most clients move into Growth so they have a creative team on standby without re-briefing every time.
Full brand identity, logo design, and design system work belong in the Brand Sprint. Complex app or product UI lives outside the Web Package. Ongoing content production, ad creative, and motion campaigns sit in the Growth retainer. We scope cleanly so you know exactly what arrives at launch and what does not.
If your brand is doing its job already, no. We work within your existing guidelines and ship the site. If positioning, identity, or tone is muddy, run the two-week Brand Sprint first then move into the Web Package. The two run back to back in six weeks total and the website lands far stronger when the brand has been sorted upstream.
Founder-led, every engagement. Charlie Simpson and David Henshaw run the work directly. There is no junior account manager between you and the team doing the build. You meet the people designing and shipping your site on day one and you keep meeting them through to launch.
Same working day for Slack and email during the project window, often within the hour. We sit in a shared Slack channel with your team for the duration. Weekly review calls keep alignment on a fixed cadence. No black-box weeks where you wonder what we are doing.
Most Web Package clients roll into a Growth retainer from $7,000 per month after launch. Ongoing pages, ad creative, social content, motion, and conference assets sit in the retainer. Hemi runs at $75,000 a month. The retainer keeps the studio embedded so you do not have to re-brief a new team every time you ship a campaign or a fundraise update.
50% on kickoff, 50% on launch. UK Ltd invoice in GBP or USD, net 14 on both. Larger scopes can split into three milestones if cash flow makes that easier. We start the build the day the first payment clears.
You do. Final payment transfers full ownership of the build, the source repo, the design files, and the copy. The site sits on your hosting, your domain, your repo. No POW account in the loop after handover.
Yes. We connect you with one or two founders whose builds match your scope. A 20-minute call with someone who shipped with us in the last six months is the shortest path to confidence.
