Overview

Binsr Inspect is an AI-powered home inspection platform with $1.1M in pre-seed funding from New Stack Ventures and Silence VC, 1,600 people on the waitlist, and a product growing faster than the marketing site could keep up with. We were hired to add 10 sections to their existing Framer site. Instead, we rebuilt the entire platform from scratch and delivered 3-5x more value within the same 90-hour budget.

Challenge

We started with a full audit. 51 issues across the site, 4 critical. The pricing section was confusing, the navigation was buried behind a hamburger menu on desktop, there was no problem articulation before the product pitch, and the primary CTA was "Join our team of beta testers" instead of something that actually communicated value. The homepage was 22 viewports of scroll. The site needed more than patches.

Our approach

We showed the founder Mark a working desktop build. His response wasn't hesitation - he said it changes his entire roadmap. Not less work for us, more work sooner. Because when the studio moves at this speed, clients don't reduce scope. They pull forward things that were months away. Our designer Dmitry had started in Framer as scoped, but came back with a different recommendation - rebuild the whole thing in Rails. Instead of patching 10 new sections into a no-code tool with hard limits on custom logic, we could deliver something genuinely better within the same budget.

Results

Six full pages. A custom CMS with 23 section types and drag-and-drop reordering. A built-in CRM for waitlist and demo bookings. A full blog with CMS. A design system with its own style guide page. A deployment pipeline to their own servers. We also produced a product video to bring the platform to life. None of it was in the original scope - all delivered within the same 90-hour budget. Every critical audit issue fixed, 85% of high-priority issues resolved, and the homepage went from 22 viewports of scroll down to 6-8. The market equivalent for what we shipped sits between $26,500 and $52,000. The project cost $9,000.
