OSMI is building decentralised, censorship-resistant GPU cloud infrastructure for AI training, inference, and deployment. Despite having functional DePIN technology and their own AI agent already developed, they needed strategic brand development to match their technical ambition. We built OSMI's brand from the ground up, starting with workshops to define their positioning, then creating a visual identity, website, and product experience designed to make their technology credible and accessible. Go-to-market execution covered launch preparation, node sale campaigns, and content tailored to convert technical audiences.

The launch exceeded every benchmark: an 800% market value increase post-launch, over $2M in node sale revenue, and 1,000 units sold in under five hours. Beyond the numbers, OSMI emerged as a credible infrastructure provider in a space dominated by speculation, with a brand system built to support long-term growth.
