What counts as DePIN for the purpose of this work? +

Any protocol coordinating physical or digital infrastructure through token incentives. Compute (Akash, Render), storage (Filecoin, Storj), bandwidth (Datagram, Andrena), energy (Glow, Daylight), wireless (Helium Mobile), mobility data (DIMO), sensor networks, and AI compute markets all count. Yes. Datagram is a DePIN bandwidth and internet infrastructure network we shipped brand and web for, which reached 100,000+ network signups in four weeks. How do you handle node-operator audiences? +

Most DePIN brands have to speak to two audiences at once. Hardware operators running nodes, and end users buying access. We build the brand system once and split the surfaces across an operator-onboarding flow, a developer-facing docs site, and a consumer-facing marketing page. The brand reads as one thing across all three even though the language and density shift.

What is included in a DePIN engagement? +

The Brand Sprint covers positioning, naming if needed, full visual identity, logo system, type system, colour, brand guidelines, and launch-ready collateral. The Web Package covers up to a six-page launch site on Webflow or Framer, fully responsive, ready to deploy. Hardware partner kits, operator-onboarding flows, and exchange-listing creative can bolt on within the same engagement.

What does a DePIN brand and web build cost? +

The Brand Sprint is $15,000 fixed for two weeks. The Web Package runs $10,000 to $20,000 depending on scope. Can you handle hardware partner kits? +

Yes. Co-branded packaging, partner co-marketing kits, and exchange listing graphics are standard for our DePIN clients. Datagram shipped a hardware partner kit out of our Brand Sprint. We can include that in the engagement scope or run it as a follow-on inside the Growth retainer once the network is live.

Do you do testnet vs mainnet brand transitions? +

Yes. Several of our DePIN clients launched a stripped-back testnet identity and then ran a full Brand Sprint and Web Package in the lead-up to mainnet. That sequence costs less in week one and lets us learn from the testnet audience before locking in the mainnet brand. We design the testnet surfaces knowing they will graduate, so nothing has to be rebuilt twice.

Can you handle token launch creative? +

Yes. Token announcement creative, TGE day landing pages, exchange listing graphics, and post-listing campaign assets are standard scope. We have shipped TGE creative under NDA for three protocols in the last 12 months. We design knowing legal will review every claim and copy will be redlined.

How fast can we go from kickoff to live? +

If you have a mainnet milestone in the diary, work back from it. Two weeks for the Brand Sprint, two to three weeks for the Web Package, run them back-to-back and the network goes live with a new identity and a launch-ready site in five weeks total. Full identity systems with hardware and exchange surfaces run 10 to 16 weeks end to end.

How quickly can you start? +

Usually within one to two weeks of signing. We run two engagements concurrently maximum, which keeps quality high and timelines tight. If you need to ship before a TGE, a mainnet launch, or a conference, tell us the deadline at first call and we will tell you straight whether the calendar works.

Who actually does the work? +

Founders Charlie Simpson and David Henshaw lead every engagement. There is no junior account manager between you and the work. Both have 15-plus years inside crypto, gaming, and tech, including senior creative leadership at Gala Games and Bitkraft-backed studios. You meet the people doing the work on day one and you keep meeting them through to launch.

What do you need from us to kick off? +

A 60-minute kickoff with the founder or product lead, access to any existing brand, deck, and docs, and a clear view of the audience you are launching to (operators, developers, end users, partners). We run discovery in week one and pressure-test positioning before any pixels are drawn.

What happens after the launch? +

Operator-onboarding creative, hardware partner kits, and ecosystem-integration launches make up most of the work after a network goes live. Most DePIN clients move into a Growth retainer to cover it. Hemi runs on a $75k per month retainer with us, plus ongoing brand stewardship, ad creative, and conference assets. The retainer keeps the studio embedded so you do not have to brief a new team every time you ship.

How is this different from a generic design agency? +

We only work with funded technology companies in crypto, AI, and fintech. You will not waste week one explaining what a DePIN network is, why a node operator differs from a SaaS user, or why your homepage needs to read for both retail and institutional audiences. Do you sign NDAs before launch? +
